Refund policy

We have a 100% money back guarantee for all products and services.  If for any reason you would like to return a downloadable product within 30 days, please contact us via email or phone and we will refund your money.  You must adhere to the Terms of Service agreement that you agreed to upon purchase and delete all copies of the downloaded material prior to any refund.  If for any reason, the program or mentoring services do not meet your needs, please contact us so that we can see if we can address your concerns.  If we cannot meet your needs, we will return your money.  The return process for services must be initiated prior to the end of the services being delivered.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, you must adhere to the Terms of Service agreement that you agreed to upon purchase and delete all copies of the downloaded material prior to any refund.

Refunds
Upon approval of the refund, we will notify you once we’ve refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
