Video play area displays "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot"
We have seen this displayed when the user is using VPN software. We have seen this specifically when a user is on a mobile phone and using Private Internet Access VPN software. We believe that this may be particular to this provider's software and use on a mobile phone. To resolve, just stop using the VPN software on the mobile phone when trying to play videos in the course.
How do I know if I am logged in?
If you see a generic person icon at the top right of your screen, that will indicate you are not logged in. See yellow highlight below.
If you see initials that are underlined at the top right of the screen, that indicates you are logged in. See yellow highlight below.
I click on Members but my Courses and Communities are locked
This is typically caused because you are not logged into the website. If you see a generic person icon at the top right of your screen (see yellow circle below), then you ARE NOT logged in. Click on that icon and log into the system. Click on Members again, and it should allow you access to courses and communities that you have purchased.
Your address info doesn't appear when ordering
If you have an account created on the website, click the login link above the email contact box on the checkout form. This will allow you to log in and then continue with the checkout process.
